Classic meets contemporary at our spirited neighborhood gathering place, designed to embody the comforts of a time-honored bar and grill, with a modern twist. The Republic offers a contemporary menu featuring creative takes on traditional bar snacks, grill fare and comfort food made from local, seasonal ingredients. We also feature classic cocktails - and our modern spin on them, a wine list focused on local artisan producers, as well as an extensive all-American craft beer program.

- Endless Mimosas for just $14 during brunch (Sat.-Sun, 10-1pm).
